  1. Erik, another great podcast! Your insights are very helpful for a newbie investor, and I agree sometimes we only need to make MINOR changes to get GREAT results. I had a mentor who charged thousands of dollars teaching me the same real estate strategies, yet, he told me to do a strategy a day, absentees on Monday, probates on Tuesday, etc. I got so lost, I was all over the place with little to no results, mailing all kinds of wrong cards to thousands of prospects… Your vision to MASTER one strategy and outsource it, then focus on the next – is amazing!! A minor change that helped me so much sort things out!! Also, your focus on BRINGING VALUE and SERVING our clients is unique, not very many gurus out there spend much time on that, which makes them very outdated. Thank you!
